I’m feeling organized and healthy, I have all the supplements I’ve been wanting to take for a while now:
- Calcium citrate + Vitamin D
- Multistrain Probiotic
- Vitamin B (Multivitamin)
The Vitamin B is so awesome. My pee is like, NEON.
The hardest part is remembering to take them, and taking them seriously. I would never miss a dose of medication but sometimes it’s easy to say, “Oh I’ll take my supplements later” and then later doesn’t happen.
But I’m on a roll this week so hopefully I can keep it up.
