Since I cannot afford a yoga membership of any type, I have been using these videos to do yoga in my room.
I have tried a few and they’re really good. In fact, I just did the “Yoga Before Bed” video and I feel amazing. It was mostly stretching and maintaining positions for an extended period of time-a great way to close my day.
Tomorrow I am getting up early to try the “Yoga: Morning Flow” video.
This is an awesome way to relax and it is said that yoga is good for digestion. Win/win for us Crohnies.
